Heather Vandermeer is a Senior Case Manager with Magellan Immigration Consulting and a licensed Paralegal and Notary Public in Ontario. With over 10 years of experience in immigration and legal services, she has assisted clients with a broad range of Canadian immigration matters, including study permits, work permits, visitor visas, family sponsorships, Express Entry applications, provincial nominee programs, refugee claims, overcoming inadmissibility, and humanitarian applications.

Prior to joining Magellan, Heather worked in both immigration consulting and legal practice settings, supporting clients through a wide variety of temporary and permanent residence applications. She has extensive experience preparing applications, drafting submissions, conducting legal research, and managing complex immigration files from initial consultation through submission. Her attention to detail and commitment to client service help ensure that applications are prepared thoroughly and strategically.
