Express Entry Canada — Licensed RCIC
Express Entry is Canada's primary system for selecting skilled workers for Permanent Residence. It is also one of the most misunderstood — and most mishandled — immigration pathways available. A poorly built profile, a missed document, or a misread draw trend can cost you months or years off your timeline.
At Magellan Immigration, we handle Express Entry cases from start to finish. That means assessing your eligibility, building your profile correctly the first time, identifying every legitimate point you're leaving on the table, and submitting a complete, watertight application the moment you receive your Invitation to Apply.
We work with clients across Canada and internationally — from first-time applicants who have never navigated the system before, to skilled professionals who have been sitting in the pool for months watching draws pass them by. Wherever you are in the process, we start with an honest assessment of your options.
How Express Entry Works
Express Entry is not a single program — it is a management system that draws from three federal immigration programs:
Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) — for skilled workers with foreign work experience
Canadian Experience Class (CEC) — for those with recent skilled work experience in Canada
Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP) — for workers in eligible skilled trades
Once your profile is in the pool, you are ranked against other candidates using the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS). The highest-scoring candidates receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for Permanent Residence in regular draws conducted by IRCC.
Since 2023, IRCC has also introduced category-based selection draws targeting specific occupations and French language proficiency — meaning your draw strategy needs to account for more than just your raw CRS score.
Why Work With a Licensed RCIC
Anyone can help you fill out an Express Entry profile. Not everyone is legally authorized to represent you, advise you on inadmissibility issues, or respond to IRCC on your behalf. That distinction matters — and if something goes wrong with an unauthorized representative's work, you have no recourse.
Sao Khadjieva (RCIC R515185) is licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and has handled Express Entry cases across a wide range of occupations, countries of origin, and personal circumstances. If your case is straightforward, we'll tell you. If it isn't, we'll tell you that too — and explain exactly what it means for your application.
What We Do
Most people underestimate how many CRS points they're eligible for. Before building your profile, we conduct a full assessment covering:
Canadian and foreign work experience assessment
NOC code classification for all past work experience
Language test strategy (IELTS vs. CELPIP, TEF vs. TCF)
Foreign credential recognition and educational assessment (ECA)
Provincial nomination eligibility across multiple provinces
Spousal profile optimization where applicable
We then build your Express Entry profile, monitor the draw landscape, and advise you on timing. When your ITA arrives, we prepare your full Permanent Residence application — documents, forms, responses — and submit it accurately and on time.
