Altana Orgdulova, RCIC-IRB
Altana is an RCIC-IRB and a graduate of Queen’s University, where she completed the Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law program.
Before entering the immigration field, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Law from Moscow State University. She began her legal career in tax law, working at one of the Big Four professional services firms. This experience gave her a strong foundation in legal analysis, compliance, client service, and working with complex regulatory matters.
Altana’s interest in immigration grew through her volunteer work supporting Ukrainians fleeing the war and seeking safety in Canada. This experience became a turning point in her career and helped her realize that guiding people through the immigration process was both meaningful and closely aligned with her professional values.
